UPDATE:

After working with the vendor, Digital Shared Services has obtained an extension for the end of life Cortext Secure Messaging solution. As a result, the deadline to transition to Microsoft Teams for clinical secure messaging will be no sooner than the end of September 2024.

Although we have obtained this extension, please continue to prepare for the implementation of Teams for Clinical Secure Messaging by following the steps below.

Getting Ready to Use Teams for Clinical Secure Messaging

Use the initial setup guides to help you install Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication and MS Teams on your selected device(s). Then, use the Learning Guide to learn the basics of using Teams.
