TigerConnect – allows for seamless communication between health-care providers using video, voice and text. This tool allows users to tailor their notification preferences, communicate periods of unavailability, automatically forward messages to another provider, allow Critical Alerts which can be enabled to sound, even if the phone is in do not disturb/focus mode or on silent.

Microsoft Teams – provides a single platform for group communication across multiple sites. This tool is often used by programs that need to share PHI securely but do not need the Critical Alert function offered in TigerConnect.
