The Concordia Hospital Oncology Unit recently had MBTelehealth equipment installed, which was purchased through a donation from the Earl Yetman family, in memory of Dolores Yetman and Hildegard Warner. On July 24th from 1 to 2 p.m. the Oncology unit hosted the Yetman family and showed them the equipment purchased with their funding. This equipment will enable interactive physician-patient consultations, especially useful when patients reside in remote locations, and staff access to national educational forums, patient rounds and other continuing education events without having to leave the unit.
